Cyber Audit

If you have experienced unfair demands, irregularities, or irregularities using the position of an employee of Hana Aerodynamics, or if you know of any unethical behavior within the internal organization, such as manipulation of documents and counting, or false reporting, please report it. To facilitate our internal investigation, we ask that you be specific in accordance with the Sixth Commandment.

If specific facts are not revealed or the contact information of the whistleblower is found to be false, it will be considered as simple slander and will not be investigated. In addition, please note that reports about the personal lives of employees are not subject to reporting, and if the company determines that the report is a complaint, it will be transferred to the relevant department without a separate reply.

What to report

Reporter protection

  • Whistleblower Protection / Confidentiality

    Reporters will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be penalized in any way. Your identity and the content of your report will never be disclosed under any circumstances. You will not be penalized in any way for making a report.

  • Identity protection

    We will protect you from any disadvantages in business activities and work due to your report.

  • Reduced liability

    If you report a violation of ethical management such as fraud or irregularity involving yourself, it will be handled reasonably through sufficient extenuating circumstances.
