Hana Aero Dynamics (hereinafter “HAD”), a specialist in aerospace components and precision machining, announced on April 17 that it has entered into a strategic partnership and exclusive distribution agreement with Sphere Corporation (hereinafter “Sphere”), a global aerospace supply chain integration solutions provider. The agreement will remain in effect through 2036.

The agreement is structured as a long-term framework extending through 2036, with automatic five-year renewals thereafter and provisions to remain effective through the completion of ongoing projects, thereby ensuring full continuity of global programs.

This agreement forms part of Sphere’s broader initiative to establish itself as a leading strategic supply chain management (SCM) company, directly designing and managing the global aerospace value chain by identifying and structuring long-term partnerships with key suppliers.

Hana Aero Dynamics possesses world-class capabilities in precision machining of aerospace components, covering a wide range of sizes from micro-scale to large structures, using advanced materials such as aluminum, titanium, and other high-performance alloys.

Under the agreement, Sphere has secured exclusive distribution rights for HAD’s high-performance aerospace components within the North American space industry. This enables Sphere to exclusively supply HAD’s precision-machined products to major customers, including leading global space launch vehicle companies. In turn, HAD will serve as the sole manufacturing partner for designated orders placed by Sphere, providing comprehensive technical support and quality assurance.

HAD has been supplying tools for satellites and space launch vehicles, manufactured using advanced equipment that meets global standards. In addition, as the only company in Korea exporting the final assembly of the Bell 412, HAD supplies products to Bell Textron, a global leader in rotorcraft manufacturing.
